"Pine Village Preschool embraces the academic and social values that I wanted..."
"The vision that guides the educational mission at Pine Village has given my children the opportunity to grow and develop in a nurturing and supportive environment. It embraces the academic and social values that I wanted them to be exposed to from an early age. It is beautiful to see that 'a village has raised my children'."

"Teachers provide him the love and attention he needs to grow..."
"Pine Village Preschool JP has given my son the most loving and safe environment where he can explore and learn new things. I feel comfortable with all the teachers there that they will provide him the love and attention he needs to grow!"

"I love the creative, hands on activities with the kids..."
"I've loved the way the teachers at Pine Village focus on a classroom theme each month and use creative, hands on activities with the kids during this extended period of time, for in depth learning. This has really allowed my child to take the time to absorb big concepts along with exciting little details on subjects ranging from planting seeds, to dental health, from farm animals to artist around the world and from Carnivale to hibernating animals, all at a very child-centered pace of learning."

"In only a few months, our daughter understands so much, breaks into songs in Spanish..."
"We've read so much about the educational and social benefits of children learning a second language. We are very happy with the Spanish immersion at Pine Village and thrilled that after only a few months our daughter understands so much, breaks into songs in Spanish, and is even independently using a few Spanish words at home. The teachers at Pine Village are wonderful and we love that there is a joyful and playful approach to creative curriculum. For example, when the kids were learning about hibernation and migration, we were so happy to see that they had built a cave in the classroom and made beautiful wings out of paper bags."

"I find it nearly impossible to articulate the atmosphere of warmth, compassion and support..."
"Pine Village is an outstanding preschool in every way and the bilingual component really sets it apart from other preschools. Furthermore, beyond the ABC's and 123's, it provides a wonderfully loving, nurturing environment in which our young children learn to spread their wings. I find it nearly impossible to articulate the atmosphere of warmth, compassion and support that exists in the halls of Pine Village. The teachers know it, the parents recognize it and the children FEEL it."

"My kids are fluent in Spanish and have an amazing understanding of the world!"
"We walked into Pine Village four years ago. This was the third school that I had visited and being a first time parent looking for a preschool, the only thing I could think of that was important was that there be love and warmth. Knowning that my son was coming from an in home daycare where he was getting the one-on-one attention and a home environment, I was not sure how a class full of 10-15 students would pan out. The first thing I remember about walking in was a teacher giving a hug to one of my kids. The classrooms were bright and filled with ideas. I was led by the director to each class and explained how the day would go for the kids. I met all the teachers and their students. They each had their whiteboards with "The Days Happenings". I got a great feeling about the school, so I signed up. I started seeing my child grow and learn amazing things. They covered the Water Cycle, Outer Space, Creepy Critters, Science and others. I was surprised to see my son pick up Spanish so fast. My son was talking about Yoga Tuesdays, Gym time with Brian, and Music time. They always went on nature walks to look for different types of insects and critters. They walked over to the post office to see how things get from one place to another. It was also amazing how the teachers recalled everything about my son. They would always give me a run down of the day's happenings and how he was doing. By the third year my younger son joined. He had a real hard time adjusting to the new environment, crying and screaming, and falling asleep infront of his brothers class. But Britta [teacher] and Jacie [director] worked with him. They gave him a sticker chart and gave him more one on one time. And in no time at all he was doing great. My kids have had an amazing time at Pine Village. They are fluent in Spanish and have an amazing understanding of the world. They even prepare the Pre-K class for Kindergarden for easy tranistion. My older son adjusted to Kindergarden wonderfully and I have no doubt my younger one will too. I always recommend Pine Village to all my firends. It's the best thing you could do for your kids. You have opened their eyes so much they just cant get enough of school!"

"There really isn't any place like it, Pine Village is truly a magical place..."
"Our son started at Pine Village Brighton when he was 3. We went to look at the school because of the Spanish immersion (he has been brought up speaking Spanish and English and we wanted to foster that), but I immediately knew after meeting Brid Martin that we would have picked this school even if it didnt offer Spanish immersion. We had seen quite a few other pre-schools and Pine Village was by far the best in our opinion. One of the most important things for us was that all the teachers and the Director knew our son well. Brid was a great support for us especially since our son had a very difficult time with transitions. The individual attention that each child gets is amazing all while helping them to be independent, happy children with the skills and maturity necessary to start kindergarten. When our son started kindergarten, we did not want to leave Pine Village. He himself had enormous anxiety about leaving the school and starting something new but as soon as he walked through the doors his first day, he never looked back. Pine Village prepared him for that day in an amazing way. He was his own little person with enough sense of self to be able to handle an enormous transition like starting kindergarten. Not only did they teach him the basics of academics appropriate for his age, but more importantly, they gave him the emotional strength to move on to the next level of life. Doing it in Spanish was a bonus. We love all the staff at Pine Village Brighton and consider them friends. I still call Brid when I am having a tough time with my kids and she is always a great support. She and Emma hire wonderful teachers, they treat them like family and support them professionally and personally. The staff treat every child as if they were their own, with care and compassion. I cannot say enough about our experience there, as one mom said to me once, there really isnt any place like it, Pine Village is truly a magical place.""

"My son is genuinely happy..."
"Each day when I ask Matthew the best thing about his day at Pine Village, he says "everything, just everything" - and I know it is true when he starts rattling off all the things hes done that day. He comes home with projects that are not only arts & crafts, but based on science experiment or some other learning experience. He identifies objects around the house in Spanish, uses short sentences in Spanish on a regular basis and sings in Spanish. And at the end of the day when I pick him up, he wants to stay to continue playing with his classmates. He is genuinely happy, and not just waiting for his mom or dad to pick him up."

"Study and enjoyment go together..."
"Rosa and Hannah love school. They begin and finish each day with the positive attitude to learning that they acquired with Pine Village's loving teachers. Study and enjoyment go together, and I cannot think of a better place to start a child's education than at Pine Village."

"From the moment I walked in to Pine Village, I knew it was the preschool for my son..."
"From the moment I walked in to Pine Village, I knew it was a preschool where my son would feel cared for, where he would make friends, where he would learn the skills necessary to enter kindergarten, and where our family would become part of a loving, thriving community. After five years and nearing the end of my younger son's years at PVP, I am so grateful that my initial instinct led us to this wonderful school and that all my assumptions about it have been confirmed over and over again."
